• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Each loose stone has a different processing time. Please note it may take between 7-10 day to ship, from the time we receive your order.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, typically 7-14 business days. Please refer to the product description for specific timeframes.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) — Free on all orders within the U.S.
• Express Shipping (1-3 business days) — Available at an additional cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured to protect your purchase. A signature may be required upon delivery for security purposes.
